Our preferred method of payment is PayPal.  We also accept payment via Credit Card,  Bank Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and Cheque.

• Visa/ Master card payments at this point are processed via the phone or email.  If you wish to purchase goods with a credit card please contact us for further details.  Please be assured payments are taken via a secure merchant payment facility and personal details and numbers are not retained.
• Bank Transfer - If you would like to pay via bank transfer, please email us your shopping list and we will email you back with a total and our bank details.
• Personal cheque / bank cheque / money order - We are happy to accept payment via cheque, please be aware that there may be clearance days applicable.

Returns Policy

We offer a money back guarantee, please email or call us to discuss returns. If your package arrives broken, faulty or is the incorrect product, we will, to the best of our ability, rectify the situation. Please contact as soon as possible.We will offer you the choice of replacement at no postage costs to you or we will offer to refund the purchase value.

If you have changed your mind about your order, we will exchange to the value of the purchase price, or offer you a credit or refund providing the goods are returned in their original packaging.
